Industrial Grade Aqueous Solution (35%, 50%, & 60% Concentrations)
High-purity aqueous solution of Hydrogen Peroxide (H₂O₂) widely recognized as a versatile, eco-friendly oxidizing and bleaching agent for industrial water treatment, high-strength oxidation, and manufacturing processes.
Hydrogen Peroxide decomposes harmlessly into water (H₂O) and oxygen (O₂), leaving zero harmful chemical residues. With the addition of the high-concentration 60% Industrial Grade, it offers increased reaction efficiency, lower freight footprint, and enhanced efficacy in Advanced Oxidation Processes (AOP), BOD/COD reduction, pulp bleaching, organic synthesis, and H₂S odor control.
Breaks down completely into water and gaseous oxygen, eliminating harmful secondary by-products or halogenated compounds in treated water.
Higher concentration grades (50% & 60%) deliver intense radical generation for breaking down complex refractory organics, sulfides, and heavy COD loadings.
Rapidly oxidizes hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) and mercaptans, protecting sewer pipelines and eliminating offensive odor emissions.
| Grade Variant | H₂O₂ Concentration (%) | Appearance | Density @ 20°C (g/cm³) | pH Value | Stability (Min. % Remaining) | Free Acid (as H₂SO₄) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Industrial 35% | 35.0 – 36.0% | Clear, Colorless Liquid | 1.13 – 1.15 | 1.5 – 3.0 | ≥ 97.0% | ≤ 0.03% |
| Industrial 50% | 50.0 – 51.0% | Clear, Colorless Liquid | 1.19 – 1.21 | 1.0 – 2.5 | ≥ 97.0% | ≤ 0.03% |
| Industrial 60% | 60.0 – 61.2% | Clear, Colorless Liquid | 1.24 – 1.26 | 0.5 – 2.0 | ≥ 98.0% | ≤ 0.03% |
Advanced Oxidation Processes (Fenton's reaction), high-concentration 60% H₂O₂ for severe COD/BOD destruction.
Elemental Chlorine-Free (ECF) and Totally Chlorine-Free (TCF) pulp bleaching agent to increase paper brightness.
Scrubber solution and direct injection in municipal or industrial sewer systems to destroy offensive H₂S odors.
Synthesis of organic peroxides, epoxidation reactions, chemical synthesis, and equipment sanitization.
Hydrogen Peroxide (especially 50% and 60% grades) is a strong oxidizing agent. Never mix directly with organic solvents, flammable liquids, reducing agents, heavy metals, or strong alkalis to avoid rapid decomposition or thermal runaway.
Always wear full protective gear (chemical goggles, rubber gloves, face shield, splash apron). Refer to official MSDS before handling.
